Pruning Wisteria

1. Cut Basal vegetative growth
2. Any dead or damaged branches
3. Extra vegetative growth close to framework, 2-3 buds on a slanted cut so rain can not build up in the crevasse.
4. Tie any branches you can use to cover areas.
5. to promote flowering, root prune 2ft around the base of the plant to shock it into blooming
Never cut any major branches. Like a tree, you do not want to cut the leader.

Moonflower

Moonflower plants are like the oppostie of the Morning Glory, they bloom at night. They like full to partial sun during the daylight hours. You will like the fact that Moonflower thrive in poor, dry soils. That makes them useful in areas where many other popular plants just won't grow. It also makes them easy to grow with little care or attention.
